  • 4 catfish fillets
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season catfish with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge in cornmeal mixed with paprika and garlic powder.
  3. Fry in hot oil 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  4. Drain on paper towels and serve.
