- 2 Thick-cut boneless or bone-in pork chops
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Power
- your preference Salt
- your preference Pepper
Instructions
- Pat the pork chops completely dry with a paper towel and season both sides generously with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the pork chops and sear for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Cook until the exterior develops a golden-brown crust and the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Transfer the chops to a plate to rest.
